HEIDI WILLS, OTR/L, CHT

Certified Hand Therapist

Heidi Wills is a Certified Hand Therapist and a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience in physical rehab of the upper extremities and industrial rehab.  She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University and passed the National Board exam for Certification in Occupational Therapy in 2000.

Heidi grew up on the Great Lakes in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  Coming from a humble paper mill town, she wanted to see more of the country and found a solution in becoming a traveling hand therapist.

During Heidi's travels, she realized her love for camping, caving and rock climbing.

She settled into Wyoming's industrial Northeast for a decade, working with hand, arm and shoulder trauma sustained in the coal mines, oil fields and rodeo.

Now she's rooted down between Medford and Jacksonville, with her partner and his two teenage daughters.  When she's not helping people feel better, Heidi enjoys gardening, reading, raising chickens and catching up with friends and family. She still loves to travel.  In addition to her stateside journeys, she has visited England, Scotland, Portugal, Spain, Canada, Guatemala and Belize.  Her favorite part of traveling is spending time exploring with locals and learning regional history.

Brandy Artman is a Certified Hand Therapist and a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2014 and went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017.  After practicing for four years, she earned her board certification in hand therapy from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 2021.  Brandy realized she had a passion for treating upper extremities with a focus on orthopedics during her clinical experiences while in her master's program. Her passion for orthopedics is evident in her continuous quest to enhance her knowledge: Most recently, she is enrolled in the Certified Manual Orthopedic Therapist Program.

Everyday she looks forward to making a change in the lives of her patients.  She ensures she is providing her patients with the best possible care through evidence-based practice and by developing treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of the patients.

"I am grateful to be able to assist and empower my patients in their journeys to recovery so that they may return to the activities that give their lives meaning."

Brandy was born and raised in northern Mississippi.  She ventured out to the pacific northwest with her husband for a new adventure and to be closer to their honeymoon spot in the San Juans, Washington. They currently reside in Grants Pass with their two pomeranians. In Brandy's free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, exploring the outdoors, and walking her dogs.
