During Heidi's travels, she realized her love for camping, caving and rock climbing.

She settled into Wyoming's industrial Northeast for a decade, working with hand, arm and shoulder trauma sustained in the coal mines, oil fields and rodeo.
Now she's rooted down between Medford and Jacksonville with her partner and when she's not helping people feel better she enjoys gardening , reading, raising chickens and catching up with friends and family. She still loves to travel. In addition to her stateside journeys, she has visited England, Scotland, Portugal, Spain, Canada, Guatemala and Belize. Her favorite part of traveling is spending time exploring with locals and learning regional history.
